Input Issues in the Development of L2 French Morphosyntax

چکیده
The aim of this article is to discuss the role input characteristics in development French verb morphology. From a usage-based perspective, several cognitive and linguistic factors contribute ease or difficulty processing L2 acquisition. This concentrates on frequency, salience, form–function association, that might influence what aspects are available learners’ attention. A presentation morphology from perspective shows how these can use regular -er paradigm as default. review empirical studies confirms characteristics. results suggest dominant pattern verbs scarcity salient clues irregular specificity development. conclusion addresses question enriching classroom with verbs. Such an could facilitate perception thus, more efficient concludes by suggesting other ways studying well avenues for future research.
